It’s that time of year when an air of excitement stirs, as spring has arrived. No, I’m not excited by the sun and growth of the lawn, but because Pokerstars Spring Championship Of Online Poker is here !
As with previous years, I intend to play as many tournaments as possible for the cheapest amount of buy-in. Last years results were pretty good, showing a profit and having a lot of fun, so hope to repeat or surpass my previous effort.
Similar to my previous attempts, I am planning to play all of my favourite events. Unfortunately SCOOP clashes with my 50th birthday weekend and time away for it’s first week, but most of the events I want to play are in the second week anyway, which are:
- 20th May (Event #24) Mix NLHE/PLO
- 22nd May (Event #31) NL Hold'em (Knockout)
- 23rd May (Event #33) 8 game
- 24th May (Event #37) HORSE
- 26th May (Event #43) NL Hold' em - Main Event
In all cases, I hope to satellite into the Medium stake level buy-in, or will likely just directly enter the Low stake level. With my other activities, I have lots of Frequent Player Points (FPP) so should be able to use these points to play the satellite's as well 
Not sure how I’m going to fit all this in to my busy Poker schedule, but am sure I’ll do my best.
